I was taken by a sudden urge to make one though, and found this recipe for a gluten free chocolate cake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ingredients&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 cups blanched almond flour&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp sea salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;2 large eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 TB vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 35  to 40 minutes at 350 F.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Being in a chocolatey mood I also added half a block of broken up dark cooking chocolate, as well a 200 gram bag of mixed cranberries and macadamias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turned out well. Think I could do better though. Cobbled together by looking up a few other recipes and then going my own way.
